History

Sinclair Recruitment was founded in 1990 by Kay Sinclair who had a vision of creating an organisation that would serve to make the recruitment industry a better place.

The Story

What started out as a small, boutique agency that specialised in Credit and Collections recruitment, our operation grew over time to eventually include twelve specialist areas of recruitment.

In a deliberate and strategic move that would forever change the boutique business model that was Sinclair Recruitment, we chose to meet the demands of Clients and Candidates alike and expand our portfolio of offices thus making Sinclair Recruitment a national firm. In 2005 we celebrated the opening of our Brisbane office and one year later, launched offices in Melbourne and Perth, shortly followed by Gold Coast and Adelaide. In 2014 Sinclair Recruitment opened an office in Darwin and due diligence is occurring with the potential of opening additional locations.

Awards

In 2011, just five short years after becoming a national company Sinclair Recruitment was voted by Clients and Candidates at the Seek Annual Recruitment Awards as Australia’s Favourite Medium Sized Generalist Recruiter. We proudly won the same award in 2012 and 2013, and in 2014 accepted the award of ‘SEEK Legend’.
